Demos & Expert Talks | What's On | SSAA SHOT ExpoExpert Talks & Demos

Over the weekend, the Perth SSAA SHOT Expo will feature some awesome demonstrations & talks by experts from the sports shooting and hunting industries. Held on the Main Stage in the Exhibition Hall, there will be a variety of topics focused on techniques, advice and gear/equipment.

Working Gun Dog Demonstrations | What's On | SSAA SHOT ExpoSSAA Working Gun Dog Demonstrations

A family favourite of the SSAA SHOT Expo, be sure to check out the SSAA Working Gun dogs in action on the Outdoor Arena.

Conducted by the Working Gundogs Association of Australia, the SSAA Working Gundogs demonstrations will be held daily at 11am & 2pm.

Field to Fork Demonstrations | What's On | SSAA SHOT ExpoSSAA Field to Fork Demos & Workshops

Conducted on the Main Stage, the SSAA Field to Fork Demonstrations will feature cooking tips and tricks with Hunt Catch Cook’s Jason Spencer from his long awaited second cook book: “Passing down tradition”. In the workshop room located in the Webster Pavilion, visitors can also check out special workshops including; Game Harvesting, Caping & Preparation with EDI-T Hunting & Outdoors, and a sausage making workshop with Hunt, Catch, Cook’s Jason Spencer.

ATN Night Vision Tunnel | What's On | SSAA SHOT ExpoATN Night Vision Tunnel

Proudly sponsored by ATN – The Future of Optics; the 2016 Perth SSAA SHOT Expo will feature a special tunnel which will allow visitors to test out the latest products for night vision and thermal optics.

Located in the Main Hall, be sure not to miss out on this awesome experience which is a first for an event in Australia!

Perth Volunteer Rifle & Artillery Regiment Re-EnactmentsPerth Rifle & Artillery Regiment Re-Enactments | What's On

Over the course of the weekend, the Perth Rifle & Artillery Regiment will be performing a series of surprise re-enactments on the main lawn where the Working Gundog Demonstrations are located next to the main expo hall.

Be sure to listen out for announcements at the show on when these re-enactments will be taking place.

SSAA Indoor Shooting RangeIndoor Shooting Range | What's On | SSAA SHOT Expo

Think you’re a good shot?  Adults and kids 12 years+ can check out the purpose-built SSAA Indoor Shooting Range to try shooting, and test their skills.

Operated, and supervised by experienced volunteers from the SSAA, the Indoor Shooting Range will be operating all day over the weekend. It’s FREE to have a go!

Indoor Archery Range | What's On | SSAA SHOT ExpoIndoor Archery Range

Free and available for adults, and kids of all ages – Try your hand at the Indoor Archery Range will be operating all day over the course of the weekend.

Skilled instructors will be providing constant supervision as well as basic instruction to introduce sport of archery, and the skills required to shoot a bow and arrow.
