Demos & Expert Talks | What's On | SSAA SHOT ExpoOver the weekend, the Melbourne SSAA SHOT Expo will feature some awesome demonstrations & talks by experts and leading companies from the sports shooting and hunting industry. Held on the Main Stage in the Exhibition building, there will be a variety of topics focused on techniques, advice and gear/equipment.

SSAA Field to Fork Demonstrations

Field to Fork Demonstrations | What's On | SSAA SHOT ExpoThe 2017 SSAA SHOT Expo is proud to feature the SSAA Field-to-Fork Demonstrations.

Located outside in a special marquee, the SSAA Field-to-Fork Demonstrations will be feature cooking tips and tricks with Jason Spencer from Hunt Catch Cook, Game harvesting, and processing techniques presented by Dodge  from RaptoRazor Australia.

ATN Night Vision Tunnel

ATN Night Vision Tunnel | What's On | SSAA SHOT ExpoProudly sponsored by ATN – The Future of Optics; the 2017 Melbourne SSAA SHOT Expo will feature a special tunnel  to allow visitors the opportunity to test out the latest in night vision and thermal optics.

Located in the Exhibition building, be sure not to miss out on this awesome experience which will be a first for an event in Australia!

The ATN Night Vision tunnel will be operating from 9am-4pm on Saturday, and 9am-3pm on Sunday. 

SSAA Working Gundog DemonstrationsWorking Gun Dog Demonstrations | What's On | SSAA SHOT Expo

A family favourite of the SSAA SHOT Expo, be sure to check out the always impressive WGAA Working Gundogs’ in action on the Main Arena located next to the Exhibition Building.

The SSAA Working Gundog demonstrations will be held twice daily at 11am & 2pm.

SSAA Indoor Shooting & Mobile Shooting Ranges

Indoor Shooting Range | What's On | SSAA SHOT ExpoThink you’re a good shot?  Adults and kids 12 years+ can check out the purpose-built SSAA Indoor Shooting Range, or Mobile Shooting Range to try shooting, and test their skills with Air-Rifles and Air-Pistols.

Operated, and supervised, by experienced volunteers from the SSAA, the Indoor Shooting Range is located at the back of the Exhibition Building, and the Mobile Shooting Range can be found at the Main Arena. It’s FREE to have a go!

Both ranges will be operating from 9am-4pm on Saturday, and 9am-3pm on Sunday. 

Bushbow 3D Outdoor Archery Range

Free and available for adults, and kids of all ages – Try your hand at the Outdoor Archery Range sponsored, Indoor Archery Range | What's On | SSAA SHOT Expoand operated, by the Bushbow 3D.

Skilled instructors will be providing constant supervision as well as basic instruction to introduce  sport of archery, and the skills required to shoot a bow and arrow.

The Bushbow 3D Archery range is located on the Main Arena located next to the Exhibition Building, and will be operating all day over the course of the weekend.

The Bushbow 3D Archery Range will be operating from 9am-4pm on Saturday, and 9am-3pm on Sunday.
